About us :
E.P.M was founded in July 1989 in Gauteng to specifically service the engineering environment.
At inception, our main activities involved consulting and advising on the application of plastic materials and components.
Peter Barthel, a mechanical engineer qualified in Germany in 1963, purchased E.P.M in June 2000. His experience as a project manager at Mossgas and his involvement in the building of SASOL'S polypropylene plant in Secunda, brings a wealth of knowledge in assisting with consultations and application of engineering parts to E.P.M.
Due to a growing demand he expanded the company to incorporate design, manufacture of moulds, injection moulding of products and machining of plastic components.
Diane joined E.P.M in 2002 and she has taken her experience in management, accounting, sales and HR and together with the team, they bring a “can do” attitude to all who deal with E.P.M
