a working product, either from a drawing, a sample or a client's idea.

To date we have assisted various clients in patenting their "Brain Child" successfully,
with the assistance of a patent attorney, then through the various stages which
include design, mould making and finally production.
During consultation, special note is to take care of our client’s requirements and
with our expertise we strive to further improve the client’s product or develop a new
product more suitable for the application. We keep abreast of new developments and
trends in the plastics industry and are able to make an informed decision
to improve our service to you. Selecting the correct materials is of importance
for the applications as well as the product cost.
In today's demanding economy, quality and service are major role players in the
industry. We advise on the use of the most economical type of injection mould
for the application and quantity requirements.
When creating a new component, we recommend that a sample part be made by
means of “growing” the item though a process called Rapid Prototyping.
This sample allows you to see, feel and test the application of your future
products which can lead to a cost saving regarding your mould manufacture.
Our team has taken on the exciting challenge of successfully converting steel
components into more economical plastic injection moulded items.
Often these items have been a costly import and are now locally
manufactured by us. This has been a huge cost effective exercise for
numerous clients.
Although injection moulded components are more cost efficient by
running large quantities, but part of E.P.M'S service is to also offer
SMALL PRODUCTION RUNS.
